All goods available for sale in Xpatit’s online store are covered by warranty for a time period determined by the manufacturer, and the terms of that warranty are also determined by the manufacturer. The warranty is effective as of the date our company issues all lawful invoices to the customers; invoices shall always include the serial numbers of products.
Warranties are directly covered by XPATIT S.A., and any product warranty shall be applicable within our company. This means that any faulty goods returned for technical inspection to find any potential malfunction, shall be shipped from and to our company at the buyer’s responsibility and expenses.
Buyers may be informed of warranty periods either from the warranty table at the page of each particular product, or by calling our company and providing the product brand and model. Specifically for product warranties, the Greek law provides the following:

«The warranty period must be reasonable compared to the expected product life cycle. In particular, regarding cutting-edge technology products, the warranty period must be reasonable compared to the period those products are expected to remain modern in technology terms, if that period is shorter than their expected life cycle.»
